I stayed here in September 2025. It is a very nice hotel with extremely kind staff. The reception team is especially warm and helpful. I recommend this place to everyone. The rooms are small but very nice, and everything is nearby. The central train station is just a short walk away. Overall, a very good choice.

Good morning. The night employee on November 9th, whose name I don't remember but I believe he's Spanish, was extremely rude and inconsiderate to me and my girlfriend Kinshasa! This happened another night and again today. I had the card and arrived at 2:00 AM and stopped in front of the door to smoke a cigarette. I was talking to a taxi driver friend in front of the hotel when this employee came outside and told me not to ring the doorbell when I entered. I told him I didn't ring the doorbell because I had the card, so I didn't like his attitude. Then I went into my room and an hour later I left. At 3:00 AM I went to buy a Coca-Cola and when I came back I stood in the doorway again. I was waiting for my girlfriend to close the car door so we could go inside when he came out again and spoke rudely, asking if I had the card. I asked again if I had the card, and my girlfriend said she's been a regular at the hotel for 10 years. I told this employee he was being an idiot and rude, asking four times in the same night if we had a card, if we were actually registered at the hotel, and wanting to know our names. How can an employee want to know our names and what room we're in when we went in and out four times in the same night in front of him? I am totally dissatisfied with the guy who worked that night. He lacked professionalism.
