Fantastic hotel. We received a wonderful welcome; the receptionist was very kind. The room was also great, quite spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The cocktails at the bar were delicious, as were the dishes in the restaurant. It's fantastic that you can eat and drink by the pool. The hotel is beautiful; you can really feel the tropical vibe, very connected to nature. Honestly, if you don't know where to go, I highly recommend this place.

To begin with, I made a mistake with the dates on my reservation. So I called to request a change, but I got a very cold person on the phone who curtly told me she first needed to check if I was allowed to make a change. I waited for her answer, but she simply said "goodbye" and hung up. So I called back to find out when I would get a response, and I was told, again curtly, that it would be by email. Not trusting them after this first exchange, I decided to send an email myself. Fortunately, I was finally able to change my dates, as I had requested. Upon arrival, I don't know if it was the same receptionist, but the welcome was just as cold and distant. No clarification or verification of the reservation details: she went straight to the terminal to collect the deposit, without any explanation. So if you haven't read the terms and conditions carefully beforehand, tough luck. To show us to our room, I felt like I practically had to run after her—even though I'm pregnant. She only stopped once to ask if we'd been before and to point out that the Jungle Bar was on our right, where we could order cocktails, meals, and have breakfast. No other information was provided: neither about the Wi-Fi (which we couldn't get where we were) nor about the reception hours. Perhaps they rely on the small welcome booklet in the room, but honestly, I've seen much more comprehensive ones. I think it was the same receptionist I spoke to on the phone, because the rest of the staff were really kind, courteous, welcoming, helpful, and even funny in some cases, which somewhat made up for that first impression. We also dealt with two other receptionists at other times during our stay, who were quite pleasant and professional. This clearly proves that not all the staff are the same. Finally, the pool is very beautiful, with several areas where you can relax peacefully. The hot tub is great for unwinding. One small drawback: some parents let their children jump from the hot tub into the pool, even though it clearly says "no jumping." This is unpleasant for other guests and, above all, dangerous. In conclusion, I don't recommend this hotel for overnight stays, especially in a basic room, which I find truly disappointing for a 4-star establishment. However, I do recommend the day package, which allows you to enjoy the essentials: breakfast, the restaurant, the bar, the pool and its facilities—which are, in my opinion, the most enjoyable and successful aspects of the hotel.

We had a pleasant 7-night stay at the end of August. The hotel is well located, close to beaches, shops, and restaurants. The room was clean upon arrival, the bedding comfortable, and the kitchen well-equipped. It's a shame that housekeeping isn't done during our stay, including changing towels/bath mats, for example. There's no laundromat in the hotel, but the hotel offers a paid service (washing for €5 and drying for €5) to take care of our laundry. The pool is beautiful, and the hot tub is a great place to relax. It's best to go early because it gets very busy. However, parents should prevent their children from jumping into the pool. It says "no jumping." It's quite unpleasant for those in the pool, and it's also very dangerous. There are games for fun: ping-pong, pétanque, and darts. We loved it. We had breakfast, which was plentiful and had quite a bit of choice. Regarding the food, the dishes were decent; there isn't a huge selection on the menu when you eat there very often. However, the cocktails were good. The staff is welcoming, friendly, and attentive to customers. Our room was located upstairs not far from the restaurant, so we couldn't always hear the music because it was more or less loud depending on the time of day. However, the air conditioning unit on the terrace was a little noisy and generated quite a bit of heat, but that's just a minor detail. We had a superb stay overall; I recommend this hotel.
