I went to this hotel on 01/09/2026 when we checked out I realized I left my Ipad so I went back inside to ask can I get it. The man at the front desk was very rude but he gave me the key so I could go get my Ipad my ipad was nowhere in the room but I was tracking it from my phone it was in the building and the location from my ipad was moving through out the building so I checked my car again it was not in there I went back inside to try and talk to the manager the manager was no where to be found. I then asked the housekeeper that was banging on the door have she seen my pink ipad she started talking to me in english then I showed her that I was tracking my ipad she start saying she speaks no English. So I asked another housekeeper have she seen my ipad she starts saying she speaks no english after they was just talking to me in english. So I go back to the lobby because the housekeeper told me the manager is in the lobby but when I got there the older man at the front desk starts yelling at me and my boyfriend saying I have no right to talk to the employees. So I step out the hotel and I proceed to call the police and the police arrives and tell the man at the front to give me the key so I can go check the room again which I already checked 3 times and it was not there the 4th time I go back to the room with the cops in my ipad is laying on the bed and a woman another worker is walking down the hallway going to the room yelling saying that we are criminal transpassing. They stole my ipad and when I came back inside with the police the had already placed it back in the room while I was waiting outside the hotel DO NOT GO HERE THEY WILL STILL YOUR THINGS !! & THEY ARE VERY RUDE.

Another great Hilton location. Thank you for the consistency. Clean rooms and polite staff. We all appreciate the hot coffee waiting for us.

This place rocks. You literally have a straight shot to downtown Dallas or Ft. Worth. The staff was consistently on point and seem to really know the area well. I will definitely be back. Highly recomend.
