I booked a room and the room was very dirty, nothing had been cleaned, and it stank like a sour stable. Never again!

This is the first time I've ever left a review for a place or hotel, but I'm doing it because this needs to be shared. First, the hotel shares rooms with another hotel, which makes it a bit confusing to find your room at first. There's also no receptionist or anyone to guide you clearly. Second, when we entered the PIN they sent us, the key was for a different room. We had a room for three people, but they only gave us one for two. Communication was via WhatsApp, and the issue was resolved. Third, both the room for two and the one they gave us later were unhygienic. The bathrooms were broken, there was a strong smell of cigarettes, and the sheets didn't look clean. There was still trash under the beds and in the corners. I walked around the kitchen, and it completely put me off eating—it was a disaster. Fourth, and most importantly, bed bugs started appearing at night while we were trying to sleep! They were visible on the wall and then appeared on the bed. Obviously, it was a very unpleasant experience. There was no answer when I called, and they never responded to my WhatsApp messages again. I consider this an incredible lack of professionalism, because no matter how cheap it may be, it doesn't even meet the minimum hygiene standards. Honestly, I feel that spending the night at the airport is better for sleeping and resting. I do not recommend this place or this experience. Please do not consider this option, not this place.
