I liked it; it's centrally located, the place is nice and clean, the service is good, there's security on the streets, and shops are nearby. The beach is close. They're a 10/10.

My partner and I came for our honeymoon and stayed at the Tukan, a huge mistake. While the staff was friendly, they initially put us in a room incredibly far away (even though our reservation was for a room nearby). They gave us the room, and 15 minutes after we entered (with my wife naked), a woman walked right in without even knocking. A little while later, we realized the door didn't even lock. Their solution was to "put everything in the safe." After complaining that, on top of everything else, the gate to the complex wouldn't close either, they moved us to another room where the air conditioning didn't work. In a traditional hotel, they would have had the decency to offer some kind of courtesy, an upgrade, drinks, food, or anything else as compensation. Here, the only thing they offered was to come and recharge the air conditioning, making us wait in the room. Honestly, even though the staff is friendly, it doesn't make up for the disastrous state of the hotel and their complete lack of consideration for guests.
