Visited for the half marathon. Service was generally unfriendly. Breakfast is – not just for runners – practically unacceptable. Bread, if it arrives at all, is slow in coming. Guests also found that even the bread was still frozen inside. In general, there is too little food, and it's replenished too slowly. Radio music automatically turns on in the room. There's no information on how to turn it off.

The service was fantastic – everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. The food was absolutely delicious! There was a wide variety of options for breakfast. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms were excellent, and they had everything we needed inside. Everything was spotless and very clean. The location was also perfect – we could easily walk to many of the places we had planned to visit.

Not a quiet area in the city and loud hallways. Not much to do in walking distance and looking for a local grocery store. Could not get shower to work. Five others in group experience the same thing. I washed my hair in bathroom sink. Had to wait to check in.
