A very nice hotel in Budva! The hotel is relatively small, with only 12 rooms, which makes it pleasantly quiet. The staff is extremely helpful and has great tips for restaurants and excursions. Everyone does their best to accommodate guests' every need, and you feel truly welcome! The rooms are spacious and modern, and the bathrooms are also new and chic. Unfortunately, you can't see the sea from the balcony (we had hoped for that beforehand – but it's not described anywhere!), but in the evenings, you can still catch some sun and end the day beautifully. :-) Breakfast is full of everything. There's a huge selection, especially considering it's a small hotel, and there are daily "specials." Sometimes it's waffles, sometimes crepes, sometimes savory snacks. It's about 1.5 km from the old town, which wasn't a problem for us. On the other hand, it's quiet, and there are parking spaces right in front of the hotel if you want to drive. There's also a large supermarket just a short walk away. The hotel is also perfectly located for excursions, as you can quickly access the main roads and travel in all directions to visit other cities. We highly recommend the hotel and would definitely book here again if we vacation in Montenegro again! :-)

We stayed for 10 days and, after reading the reviews, I was expecting a better stay in a small, intimate hotel. But aside from the friendly owners and rooms cleaned almost daily (because ours happened to be skipped), we weren't very happy with the breakfast. The half-board dinner was very tasteless, cold, and without a choice of portions. The portion was served at 7 p.m. After that, you couldn't eat, but all was not lost. 🤣🤣🤣 The rooms were nice, but the refrigerator was unbearably noisy. In the bathroom, the shower door was blocked by the sink cabinet, and water poured all over the bathroom, and even after waiting, it wouldn't drain properly. The beach was over a 15-minute walk through the crowded city. 😉 The pool was definitely smaller than it looks in the photos. 😉 Unfortunately, there was a strange smell, like sewer (despite the air fresheners everywhere). There's a car wash right next to the hotel, which is constantly making noise.

A fabulous place to stay the rooms are clean and comfortable the staff are friendly and efficient. The breakfast is wonderful 😋 There is a lovely much needed small roof top pool with great views of mountains and a few glimpses of the sea 🌊 😀 Our only sadness was our balcony was bottom floor, so no view, noisy traffic and a very noisey car washer right next door we did ask to change but didn't hear back 😔 and we had 4 days out of 6 with dodgy aircon which at our desperate prompting got finally fixed...the manager himself needs to do better.
