We stayed at the Twentyone in Rome on the night of the 7th, and overall, the experience was truly positive. It's a well-maintained property, conveniently located, and offers a level of hospitality that sets you off to a good start from check-in. The first thing I appreciated was the cleanliness, both of the room and the common areas: order, well-maintained spaces, and that "OK, they care" feeling that's not always a given. The room was comfortable, with well-organized spaces and a comfortable bed, ideal for recharging your batteries after a busy day in Rome. The soundproofing was also decent: you can rest well, which can be a real challenge in the city. The staff was also excellent: kind, present, and available when needed, without being intrusive. This makes all the difference, especially if you arrive tired or on a tight schedule and simply want everything to run smoothly. Overall, the hotel gives the impression of a modern and functional structure, suitable for both tourists and business travelers. It's conveniently located, has adequate services, and management seems attentive to detail. That said, to be 100% perfect, there are a couple of things that could be improved (and these are the reasons why I'm giving it 4 stars and not 5): some details in the room could be even more refined (small touches, nothing serious), and some aspects of the experience could feel more "premium" for the price, especially if you arrive with high expectations. But we're talking about refinements, not problems. In summary: a recommended hotel, I would gladly return. Excellent for a stay in Rome, with a good balance of comfort, hospitality, and overall quality.
