Excellent hotel Found by chance via a smart box It's slightly outside the city center, but not impossible to reach on foot We had a great first impression when we discovered it, and it was all confirmed when we were greeted at reception The helpful, friendly, and professional staff were ready to answer any questions The room was quiet, comfortable, and clean The breakfast buffet was rich with both sweet and savory choices, including vegan and gluten-free options, all of excellent quality What can I say? EXCELLENT, definitely worth a try. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Very friendly staff and nice, clean rooms. Very convenient location for visiting Florence; it also has underground parking, which is very convenient for leaving your car there and exploring the city on foot or by public transport.

Our stay was impeccable in every way. We were greeted with the utmost professionalism from the very first moment: the staff was not only friendly, but incredibly knowledgeable and attentive to our every need, making check-in quick and pleasant. A huge plus is the ease of reaching the property by car, strategically located away from any congested areas. We greatly appreciated the use of the internal garage, with its large and secure parking spaces, which allowed us to easily manage our luggage. The rooms were spotless and the service was excellent. The breakfast was varied, featuring local products. We will definitely be back!
