Terrible experience, especially the welcome and courtesy. Many things were missing, such as: a broken window and it was freezing, an air conditioner that made an annoying noise and didn't produce hot air (drain), sockets that didn't load, an uncomfortable bathroom with no amenities, no bidet, and sewer smells, zero welcome for breakfast!! Not even a bottle of water, and only four coffee pods when we arrived, then nothing more. Poor cleanliness, payment even in cash and no invoice.

Catastrophical! Don’t stay there! We booked the triple deluxe room with balcony and city view. What we got was a tiny double room with no balcony and view to an little backyard. The owners didn’t even bother to tell us in advance they would give us a different room. When we called and asked why we got a different room they told us “there had been a problem with our room” (which I don’t believe because someone else was staying in that room so it seems like they clearly overbooked). Also the owners didn’t even apologize or offer some sort of recompensation. They answered in a very rude way when I asked for a discount since we had payed for the deluxe room (eventually they agreed on giving us a discount of 10€). The room itself was very small, the flush didn’t work properly, the television screen was broken and on the check out day we had to carry our bags downstairs from the 5th floor since we obviously had to leave the room key there (which was nescessary to be able to use the elevator - or pay 20 cents which we didn’t have in that moment). Overall, (apart from the disappointment of the room) it was the owners attitude that we considered really rude because, as mentioned before, they just didn’t inform us at all that they would give us a different room and didn’t apologize. I wouldn’t recommend staying there!

Pleasant stay, with a central location, close to the historic center and the metro! Clean, pretty, and pleasant apartment. The hosts are very responsive to requests, good value for money.
