The hotel met all my expectations. The room was spacious, clean, and very well-appointed. The staff deserves a special round of applause – professional, smiling, and genuinely helpful, not just "generally nice." Breakfasts are fresh and varied. The good location, peaceful atmosphere, and high standards make this a place you want to return to. I highly recommend it.

We stayed 5 nights at this hotel, and I'll go through our experience in parts. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Especially Enrique and Mara at reception, and Manuel, the waiter we had for several breakfasts. On the other hand, there were a few misunderstandings that were eventually resolved; but ultimately, they're just small things that can disrupt your relaxing mood on vacation. However, I repeat, they were resolved, which was the important thing :) The place is very cozy. It's not a resort, but it does have many of the amenities. For all of us, the worst part was the rooms. The doors offer absolutely no soundproofing from the outside. The first night was awful, as the guests in the next room were shouting, slamming doors, etc., until 5:30 a.m. We contacted reception, and it was resolved for the following day. However, the doors are still incredibly flimsy. I highly recommend changing them because they don't insulate at all, and at night there are usually parties nearby (although they do provide earplugs).
