The pool water was extremely cold! Partial heating would be welcome. There are no hotel services of any kind on the beach (no facilities or services). Strengths: service from employees Marcos, Rafaela Moura and the reception.

The hotel is very nice. Excellent. All the hotel staff were very helpful, friendly, and attentive. The only criticism is for the hotel manager, supposedly named Adriano. We had several problems, and the staff promised that the manager would contact us because they couldn't do anything. THE MANAGER NEVER SHOWED UP. NOW I SEE WHY THERE ARE SO MANY TERRIBLE REVIEWS ABOUT THE MANAGER. A disgrace. Raw fish. More than two hours waiting for food with children. Two days went by without our room being cleaned. They only start cleaning the rooms at 4:00 PM, a time when most guests are returning from the beach or sightseeing. Several days went by without new towels or changed sheets, blaming the problem on the linen supplier. I insist, everything was excellent except for the supposed manager, Adriano. I'm going to post this same review on Booking.com, TripAdvisor, etc. Thanks to the so-called manager, our vacation ended in the worst possible way. I would only return if there were a different manager.

We had a truly wonderful honeymoon in November 2025. It's an incredible place to spend time as a couple, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The breakfast was plentiful and absolutely delicious. Every member of the hotel staff made our stay a beautiful memory. And don't hesitate to visit the spa for the best relaxing massages. I don't remember the massage therapist's name, but she was incredibly warm and professional. Thank you, and we hope to return. It's truly a fantastic place for a vacation.
