We stayed at this hotel from January 31st to February 5th, 2026, and we chose it mainly for its excellent value for money and strategic location, as we were attending a conference at the Pinheiros Presbyterian Church, which is very close by. 📍 Location The hotel is very well located. There are pharmacies, restaurants, convenience stores, and supermarkets less than a 10-minute walk away. In addition, there is a metro station approximately five minutes' walk away, which greatly facilitates access to other areas of São Paulo. 🏨 Structure Although the facade is simple and doesn't particularly stand out, the internal structure positively surprised us. We stayed in apartment 104, on the first floor, and the room is a great size for a couple. The room included: Comfortable bed Television Safe Mini-fridge Work desk with chair New and very clean bathroom Air conditioning An important note: to have the room cleaned, it is necessary to leave the key card at reception and request cleaning. However, every time we requested it, the service was quick and efficient, without any problems. ☕ Breakfast The breakfast is simple, but honest and compatible with the daily rate. There was always: Two bread options Sausage and eggs Two or three juice options Coffee with milk Biscuits Cereals Yogurt Fruit Cakes It perfectly met our needs during our stay. 🔑 Service and booking Check-in and check-out were quick and without bureaucracy. We booked through Booking.com, and the charge to the card was made normally on the date of the stay, all in a calm and organized manner. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations for the price. We will certainly stay there again if we return to attend another conference at the same location.
