The food was very good, the room was simply beautiful, and the whirlpool was great too. It was also clean! The sauna was nice and warm, and the view was lovely. I enjoyed the sea view from my room, balcony, whirlpool, and sauna. The service was sometimes a bit difficult to understand, but otherwise everything was fantastic. I'm thrilled! 🤩🤩🤩

I booked for our wedding anniversary. Upon our arrival, as in any 5-star hotel, we expected someone to come and collect our bags. Mistake, the porter was sick, and we had to fend for ourselves. But that would have been the least of it. As soon as we viewed the room, without having yet opened our bags, despite the fact that their website advertised king-size beds, this was not true. The beds were not king-size, smaller, low, and had soft mattresses. I pointed this out to the receptionist, and she said she would contact the owner... apparently absent and unavailable. Therefore, unsolvable. The problem was that we had already paid the €156 deposit. This, too, given the owner's unavailable status. Lost. To top it all off, after a back-and-forth discussion with the receptionist, we went into the living room with her to ask for a fork and plate for our little dog, Aamis, to eat. The cleaning lady, speaking broken Italian, called us "dirty people." This was because we followed the receptionist into the room where she was cleaning. The result: after about an hour and a half, we left for another hotel for our anniversary. Honestly, we've been to several, and I don't understand how this can be called a 5-star hotel. In my opinion, it's a poor 3-star.
