All in all, it was okay, but not exactly beautiful. First, the room: after booking, we received an email stating that we might get a bunk bed, even though we had booked a regular double bed. Upon arrival, we were pretty much left to our own devices. Information was only provided after we inquired about breakfast and other amenities. The room itself was okay. Not quite as nice as advertised, but at least it had a regular bed. Unfortunately, everything was very dirty, from glue residue on the table and countertop to curry powder residue in the cupboard, which made the whole room smell awful. The next disappointment was breakfast. Aside from the fact that there was no breakfast on the first day – again, completely without any prior notice – getting a refund for that day was incredibly complicated, and we were constantly given the runaround. Breakfast itself consisted of some bread, three sandwiches, and some yogurt with toppings – very underwhelming. Both for the price and the taste. After three out of eight days, it became absolutely essential. : ... The only really "nice" thing is the gym... So, like I said, it's okay, but it's not amazing. We wouldn't come back again.

Lovely place at a very good price. Stayed here for 4 days, the room is lovely and spacious, clean. Check-in was easy. Didn t even had to talk with anybody.

Extremely disappointing stay in the “Deluxe Studio.” The listing showed and described a built‑in oven and a dishwasher, plus a larger layout. In reality, there was no dishwasher and only a microwave with a heating element (not a proper oven), plus an induction hob. When I reported the mismatch right after check‑in, the front desk was dismissive and claimed the microwave was an oven. They said the hotel was full and refused any room change, then told me to “speak to another staff member tomorrow.” I had already bought ingredients to cook a New Year’s Eve dinner and could not use the kitchen as advertised. Misrepresentation of amenities and unprofessional staff attitude—would not recommend unless the listing is corrected and service standards improve.
