Up Hotel

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel, and what truly made the experience special were the people working there. The reception team were incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. Their welcoming attitude immediately made us feel comfortable and taken care of. The breakfast was excellent, and I especially want to mention the lovely lady working in the breakfast area. She was so warm, attentive, and genuinely kind that it made every morning start on a positive note. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was also outstanding. The housekeeping staff are doing an amazing job — everything was spotless, well organized, and clearly maintained with great care. Overall, what makes this hotel truly enjoyable is the staff. When the people working in a place are this kind, professional, and dedicated, every stay becomes a good experience. Their effort, positivity, and hospitality are what make guests want to come back.

An innovative approach to hospitality With this review, I'd like to share with you the experience of the Up Hotel, located in the city center, just steps from the beach, with parking (reservation required) and every comfort. Upon entry, you'll be greeted by the bright voices and smiles of the reception staff. Immediately after the welcome, they'll ask how you're doing and provide you with the usual instructions (key, entrances, etc.), which are few, clear, and simple (user-friendly). The welcome is easy and designed to put guests at ease, while also being very professional and meticulous. Around you, you'll find designer objects that evoke the culture of travel, music, art, and wellness, and on the walls, you'll read positive messages that begin or contain the word UP, forming delightful puns. Beautiful colors, carefully combined, form the backdrop to this ambience. The breakfast room has both a long table for those who enjoy socializing, and individual tables for those who prefer a more private setting. At the buffet counter, so clean you can see your reflection, you'll find welcoming and helpful staff offering you truly delightful treats, both beautiful to look at and delicious to taste, both sweet and savory, 95% of which are homemade. The selection is endlessly varied, including cakes, muffins, tarts, croissants, fruit salad, cereals, all kinds of dried fruit, porridge, bread, eggs, bacon, cured meats, a variety of fruit, fruit juices, and fruit extracts. The single-serving portions, especially for cereals and dried fruit, are very clever because they preserve their characteristics and are also significantly better in terms of hygiene. Coffee is freshly prepared by the staff on duty. In the same room, a "service point" called the honesty bar has been set up, where you can help yourself to free still and sparkling water at any time, as well as snacks and soft drinks, which can be charged directly to your assigned room using the dedicated tablet. The bedrooms are grouped together in groups of three and separated from the hallway or stairwell by a door that helps reduce noise, making your stay even more comfortable. The bedroom is dust-free, and every inch of space is used with great care, making the stay both functional and comfortable. The sink and mirror are separated from the bathroom, allowing for simultaneous use of both spaces (for example, while one person showers, the other can dry their hair, apply makeup, or shave, without waiting for the mirror to defog). The bed is very comfortable, and both the bathroom and bedroom are meticulously maintained, both aesthetically and with meticulous attention to cleanliness and the well-maintained furnishings. Spoiler alert: in your room, you'll find a small, personalized surprise that demonstrates the added attention and care given to the guest and will certainly make you feel welcome. First time at this wonderful hotel for a business trip. The modern, innovative, and clean hotel exceeded my every expectation, offering exceptional comfort. I stayed in the stunning UP ROOM, very comfortable, and meticulously maintained. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, with a wide array of delicacies to suit every taste, beautifully displayed like in a pastry shop; compliments to the CHEF 🧑‍🍳 I highly recommend the zabaglione, but also everything else. What about the staff? Extremely kind and friendly, a wonderful young team. My compliments. I will definitely return and recommend it.
