We recently stayed at this hotel. The welcome was superb, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is centrally located on the famous Ku'damm shopping street and has excellent transport links; the subway is just a 200-meter walk away. The room also had every comfort. Highly recommended!

Parking only for small cars. Unfortunately they told us this only on the spot. Everything is audible, especially at night when the Noisy Neighbor comes back.

Terrible experience. The reception staff is rude and irritable. There is no lobby, and the space in front of the reception is too small to handle check-ins for medium-large groups. We immediately requested a room (which was already available!) for a young woman who was feeling ill, but were told it wasn't possible until a deposit had been paid by all members of the group. The breakfast staff is equally rude and unfamiliar with food intolerances: every time I asked about the presence of gluten and/or lactose in a product, I was almost always dismissed with a curt, "What? I don't know." Rooms aren't always cleaned; many guests didn't even receive the one expected towel change. In light of the above and other incidents, I strongly advise against staying here, despite its central location.
