Small rooms, the shower floods the bathroom when used, the towel rack comes loose from the wall, the bidet faucet stays in your hand when you turn the handle, the bathroom smells of smoke at certain times of the day, and you have to keep the exhaust fan on and the door closed to make it liveable. No windows other than the one in the door (which was very drafty), and the rooms are soundproofed non-existent. Breakfast was okay, but the fresh pastries and coffee from the machine were mediocre. We stopped for dinner a couple of times: the carbonara wasn't carbonara and tasted only of pepper. The amatriciana wasn't amatriciana, as it was served with pancetta. Overall, the food quality was average. The staff was courteous, most of the time. At least the bed was comfortable.

We spent two days in Rome and appreciated the brand-new property and the guest services: a varied, fresh, and healthy breakfast, impeccable cleanliness, meticulously maintained linens, instant hot water, and extremely quiet rooms with large, comfortable beds. State-of-the-art technology, including top-notch Daikin air conditioning with a Streamer function for additional air purification, makes it feel like home, complete with all the modern conveniences, and offers an unbeatable value for money. The clientele is international, young, families, and couples, and the atmosphere is tranquil and welcoming. The many plants and herbs are beautiful to see throughout the property. If you're coming to Rome by electric car, a 7kW charging station is available: you can get back to 100% charge in one night. It's clear that the property, working with Bici&Motori di Roma, is committed to providing the right level of service! We'll definitely be back, as we did this time after a few years away from the capital. Well done!

Close to the metro station. Close to the local grocery store. Gallery-style hotel. Just steps. The overhang keeps you mostly dry; however, there is NO way to reach the 1st floor without going outside. The rooms have a musty smell but are clean, with one pillow per person. The toilet seat was loose, and maintenance did not fix it. Breakfast was done well. Dinner was good too. Cats are a nice touch, very loud on the weekends (party hotel), peaceful during the week. Staff speak some English. Security is good. NO windows in rooms other than the door. Would not recommend for families.
