I booked this property for two nights, mentioning that my wife, who is disabled and wheelchair-bound, was offered a ground-floor room. Upon arrival, we noticed there was no wheelchair access, and we had to negotiate two architectural barriers that blocked our passage. Despite this, we arrived and found the room poorly cleaned and so cold that I immediately contacted reception (everything works remotely) by phone and mentioned the discomfort of the cold, ignoring other concerns. I was asked to check if there was a thermostat in the room, but nothing. I noticed an air conditioner on the wall, but was told it was unusable, so no way. Three of us ended up with a sleepless night. The next day, I called reception, explained the situation, and was told they would fix it by reprogramming the underfloor heating as soon as they came to clean the room. In the afternoon, we returned to the room, but nothing much could be done; it was too cold. I paid €171 for two nights. The first night, there were three of us, including a disabled person, and the second night, there were two of us. I'm sure it was the worst experience we've had since we started traveling for various medical appointments around Italy. P.S. I forgot, the rooms are completely soundproof (or at least the one assigned to us was), so much so that during the night we could hear the noise from the rooms next door.

I felt completely at ease... beyond all expectations ### They had reserved the nicest room in the hotel for me (without me even asking): a double bed for single use with a private bathroom... top!!! And all this at a more than reasonable price ###

Run away from this location as much as possible, I came to make a reservation and the lady at the desk wouldn't let me in and spoke very rudely! 🤮
