Arrival was good, nice view and good parking. Reception welcomed me. It is in the room that the challenges began. Dirty shower head with what came out of it, this is what pulls my experience to 1 star overall. Unacceptable and unhygienic. Cold room, school bowl in the fridge and some dirt on the wall in the same fridge? One of the table lamps does not light. The kettle is there but this is dirty and dusty, half the room has to be rearranged to boil water as there is no socket near the table or bench. Long wait in the restaurant for it if no one was there, long wait to get the bill. The food is not in line with the prices, in the vicinity there are proper restaurants that are priced more reasonably and better. How this hotel gets 4 or 5 stars I do not understand.
