V Hotel Fujairah

I stayed in this hotel for 2 days and the service was ok but the rooms was not clean and the windows were shut with a nail ,pool was ok ,sauna was also ok

Very disappointing experience – far below expectations We stayed at this hotel in Fujairah from 26 December to 2 January for New Year, and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing. The hotel is advertised as a 4-star property, but in reality it does not even meet basic 2-star standards. We booked a double bed room, but upon arrival we were given two single beds. After complaining, the issue was only fixed the next day, which was already inconvenient. The room condition was very poor: Furniture is old and worn out Bathroom accessories are broken and need fixing Very low water pressure in both the sink and the shower The window was extremely dirty from outside The door handle was loose and came out Maintenance had to be called almost every day due to continuous issues Overall, the room felt neglected and poorly maintained, and it was far from what was promised in the listing. This was a bad experience, especially considering this is in the UAE, where hospitality standards are usually much higher. It is disappointing to see such conditions being sold as a 4-star hotel. I have photos documenting all these issues, which I can provide if needed. I would not recommend this hotel, and I believe the rating and description should be reviewed to reflect the real condition of the property.
