This is a truly honest review. The service was terrible. When I asked politely, they gave me a nasty look. It was like they were tired from work but still had to continue and took it out on the customers. I urge anyone considering staying here to avoid it. The room was incredibly dirty, especially the bathroom. There was trash and dust under the bed, like they swept the entire room and dumped it under the bed. The price is far too high; the quality is completely disproportionate. The toilet was stained, and the bathroom was filthy. Is this what guests should expect? I paid for a decent hotel room, but this is unacceptable. The room was not soundproof at all. I could hear people walking past; I could hear the next room moving chairs, shifting things, and dropping objects. I felt completely lacking in privacy. 600 baht seems excessively expensive for the quality of the room and service. I hope they improve.

Probably the worst hotel I've stayed in in Thailand. The room was filthy, with dirty walls. The AC remote had no batteries so we couldn't adjust the temp or turn it off, it was freezing and the machine was very noisy all night. I tried to call reception, but they phone didn't work either, nor the hairdryer. The balcony was full of bird poop and cigarette butts. When we opened the door it dropped off and my partner needed to catch it and put it back on. It was very dangerous. The bathroom had not really got soap or shampoo, it was so diluted it was basically water. The floor didn't drain so there was a big puddle in the middle that didn't evaporate. The shower leaks and it was also dirty. Avoid!

We ended up staying here due to a flight cancellation arranged by the airline. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. There was no hot water in the shower and no proper water pressure - we literally had to shower using the bidet hose. The bed sheets were clean, which was honestly the only positive and somewhat surprising part. Overall, I wouldn’t choose to stay here and wouldn’t recommend it unless there’s absolutely no other option.
