Mixed reception, room absolutely not like in the photo of the room chosen, no fridge, no light on the balcony so in the evening it's pitch black on the balcony, disgusting bathroom for a 4 star and 280chf per night, extra bed looks like a pallet, we didn't sleep well, the noise either, we can hear the neighbors, it's unacceptable at this price level and sold standing. So 4.1/5 I find that generous, the spa area is okay, it's at least correct, but then the shouting of people is unbearable, we are not in a municipal swimming pool so the quiet would be at least cool. We also reserved a single bed we end up with a double bed and you are told "sorry, we don't have any other rooms available!" but please, you sold me this with a single bed and service but there I don't have what I paid for! " In short, it was my first and last stay at this hotel. Oh yes, a positive point: the water is a really good temperature in the indoor pool and the breakfast is decent, but the waitresses who tell you not to sit in a certain spot but let others sit there in peace, that's not great either! Not to mention the unemptied ashtray, the poorly finished bathroom, and even the disgusting wall with black paint, but everything's fine. The frame, which is made of wood, has a kind of black strip glued around a strange piece of cardboard-like wood. It's really disgusting. In short, a bad experience at this hotel. We won't be back!!!

The hotel initially impresses with its highly successful "modern chalet" design and spacious rooms. Unfortunately, this pleasant impression ends there and in no way compensates for the serious shortcomings in essential areas. Non-existent soundproofing: This is the most critical point. Expect to hear absolutely everything your neighbors say (conversations, movement, etc.). The noise was so loud that our beds vibrated, making sleep simply impossible. Inaccessible to people with reduced mobility: Between the doorsteps, the only elevator, and the lack of accessible parking, getting around is an obstacle course. The hotel is completely unequipped. Indifferent staff: Customer service is lacking. The worst part was seeing an employee watch me struggle with the heavy entrance door without offering any assistance. The breakfast buffet, meanwhile, remained empty for over 30 minutes due to a lack of staff. Details: Add to that dirty cups in the room and parking charged at a hefty 18 CHF per night. In short, despite a nice effort on the decor, the basic amenities are not up to scratch.

The hotel is pleasant and well located, but the price is still excessive. We booked a large double bed and ended up with two single beds pushed together, which was disappointing. The reception staff, on the other hand, are very friendly and professional. We also tried the spa: the massage was decent, but since it's not done in an enclosed space, you can hear people getting out of the baths and showering, which takes away any sense of relaxation.
