One of the best experiences a person can have on a weekend. If you have the chance, choose the "1 day in Valbusenda" option; the service from the hotel and restaurant staff is superb, and the winery tour and tasting led by Miguel Angel is spectacular.

The hotel facilities are excellent, and we received very good service in both restaurants. We also enjoyed a wine tasting at the winery, and our guide, Miguel, was fantastic—a truly recommendable experience. However, the reception experience fell short of what you'd expect from a five-star hotel. We had difficulty processing payments with several cards, and although we were told the day before that early check-in was possible, reception denied it outright without even checking. Furthermore, when we left our luggage in storage, the process was slow and unprofessional. Overall, the hotel has many positive aspects, but the reception service should be improved to match the hotel's overall standard.
