Incredible place, with a wonderful structure and landscape!!! However, it leaves much to be desired in terms of maintenance, organization, and most importantly, SERVICE. It's TERRIBLE!!! We were there this past weekend, and there was a private event going on. We were by the pool, and employees passed by us numerous times, asking if we needed anything and offering to explain the services they provided. I had to stop and ask how the food and drinks worked. Umbrellas are rented for R$35.00 (even if you're staying at the hotel). We stayed two days and weren't entitled to an umbrella unless we paid for it. On Saturday, they said they were serving portions; we ordered two, which took forever, and when they arrived, they didn't even provide cutlery or toothpicks, not even a napkin. One of the dishes had farofa (a Brazilian side dish made with toasted cassava flour), and we had to go to the breakfast room to get cutlery. I ordered a soft drink, they forgot the glass with ice, and when I went back to get it, the wait was so long that the drink was already warm. When leaving, we asked if we could check out, vacate the room at the requested time, and continue in the pool area. A very ignorant, stupid employee... simply said that to continue in the pool area, we would have to pay the day use fee (R$45.00 per person) to use the space. Remembering that we were paying for two days. I believe that it wouldn't be a problem, because in all the places we usually go, these conditions are allowed! But no, there we would still have to pay the day use fee, in addition to the two days' stay. We have many other points to mention, but none of them would be so aggravating if we had at least received GOOD SERVICE!

The rooms require minor electrical repairs, such as damaged bedside lamps, and bathroom fixtures like a damaged outlet that doesn't work properly, and a shower door that doesn't close completely. For a room classified as luxury in the reservation, basic maintenance is necessary.
