I recently finished my stay at the Varos Village Boutique Hotel on Lemnos – and I was absolutely thrilled. Here are my impressions: Location & Surroundings The hotel is wonderfully centrally located in the small village of Varos, yet quiet enough to truly relax. Getting around the island is quick – beaches like Kotsinas are a short drive away, and other beautiful spots on the island aren't far away either. It was ideal for me, as I was looking for both peace and quiet and wanted to explore. Rooms & Amenities The rooms and suites are very tastefully and modernly furnished – natural colors, beautiful details, cozy without being overly opulent. My room had a terrace overlooking the sea or the manicured gardens, which made every day special.  The amenities left nothing to be desired: • Air conditioning, safe, coffee maker or tea/coffee maker in the room  • Free Wi-Fi in all rooms and public areas  • Very clean rooms – housekeeping worked well and meticulously every day. The furnishings also always appeared well-maintained.  Service & Staff The staff was an absolute plus. Friendly, attentive, always ready to help – whether with questions about the hotel, restaurant recommendations, or small special requests. I felt welcome, almost like I was at home.  I particularly appreciated the attention to detail – be it the breakfast, which was regularly fresh and lovingly prepared, or the effort to fulfill special requests.  Food & Breakfast Breakfast was a highlight for me: a wide selection, many local products, lovingly arranged. It was a wonderful start to the day.  Facilities & Ambience I particularly enjoyed the tranquility and the well-maintained grounds. The pool area is inviting, and the sun loungers and parasols are comfortable. Value for Money Considering what's on offer—comfort, service, location, and amenities—I found the value for money very good. You notice that you're not booking a large, anonymous hotel, but something with a personal touch. I thought you really get a lot for your money.  Conclusion For me, the Varos Village Boutique Hotel was an all-around great choice. I was able to relax, feel at home, and still explore the island of Lemnos. I would recommend it anytime—especially to couples, and to travelers who value style, good service, and a peaceful environment. And—I would definitely come back.
