Me and my son came For new years 2 nights on Arrival I was able to pay a small fee to get my room Early this was very convenient as we had loads of plans the room was on the small size but exactly what we needed a bed for the night the bathroom was in the small size but fit what we paid and the location cannot complain I cannot be happier with the staff and the room was warm and had what we needed the staff where amazing and couldn’t thank them enough I would definitely be back

Unfortunately, our stay was a huge disappointment. We paid a lot of money and expected a decent hotel, but instead received a room that in no way matched the descriptions or pictures. Upon entering the room, we found ourselves directly in the bathroom, which we had to walk through to reach the bedroom. In addition, the toilet was located in the shower, which was completely unacceptable for us. According to the staff, many guests had experienced the same problem. The next day, we witnessed several discussions between other guests and the reception, as they too were demanding refunds due to the poor condition of their rooms. Some of the affected guests had even worse conditions, extremely cramped spaces, and an unsuitable room layout. We also had twin beds and hardly any room to move around. After we complained, the manager offered us a supposedly larger room. However, this room only met the most basic standards one would expect from even a simple 3-star hotel – nothing special and certainly no compensation for the previous conditions. The pictures shown on the platform do not reflect reality and deliberately omit important details. The actual condition of the rooms was very unhygienic and disappointing. Since we traveled during the Christmas season and there were hardly any alternatives available, we unfortunately had no other choice. Overall, the value for money was very poor. I cannot recommend this hotel.
