A simple yet cozy place, ideal for families and a very good value for money. I didn't use the pool because I thought it was a bit dirty with cloudy water. The good thing for those who want to use it is that it's open 24 hours, but after 11 pm you can't make noise. The rooms are quite noisy, especially those upstairs, and the bathrooms need improvement because the bidet was broken and the shower was in poor condition. However, the room and bed themselves are very good, nothing to complain about. There's also a very large closet that I liked. Regarding security, it's excellent and the location is even better, close to everything, right in the heart of the city, and I loved that. Breakfast also needs improvement in terms of replenishing what runs out; it's simple but doesn't lack anything, I liked it. Regarding the 10% service charge, I knew it was optional. At check-out I said I opted not to pay it, and they were courteous and didn't insist. Regarding room service, I requested cleaning twice a day, and the first time it seemed like they only swept and changed the towels because the bathroom was still dirty. Despite the issues mentioned above, which were cited only as constructive criticism, I loved the hotel and am eager to return.

The place is nice, the breakfast is very good and homemade, however they say they are pet-friendly, but the pets need to be quiet. I found this to be a negative point, as we were looking for tranquility for them.
