I've been working in hotels for three years and have never encountered a hotel like this. The hotel is rated 4 stars, but its appearance and service seemed like a 2-star hotel. Communication with the receptionist was a disaster; he couldn't even speak English. My mother-in-law was bitten by bedbugs... the filth was beyond description. The bathroom was falling apart. I asked for a non-alcoholic Coke, and several times they gave me a vodka-filled one. The pool wasn't heated; it was full of rocks, so you could cut your foot. Cats were jumping on the tables. The food was terrible... not fresh, cold, and tasteless; it was impossible to eat. The staff acted as if they were punishing me. I don't recommend this hotel; you can get sick from the bugs that were there...

The hotel was very dirty, and my mother was bitten by bedbugs. The food was cold and not fresh, and the selection was very disappointing overall. The service left much to be desired. The so-called all-inclusive offer was limited to just a few drinks—juices, cocktails, and other beverages cost extra. Communicating with the staff was extremely difficult; it was only possible to communicate in Russian or Turkish. The pool was cold and dirty, and my companion injured her foot while walking along the edge. The description stated that various recreational activities were offered daily, but in reality, these only took place once. Although the rooms were supposedly cleaned daily, the cleaning was very superficial—the dirt remained clearly visible. Overall, our stay was very disappointing, and we would not recommend this hotel.

My daughter and I stayed at this wonderful, cozy hotel from October 17th to 24th, 2025. We loved it. I won't lie, I was prepared for a slightly worse experience. The location itself was what won me over. I looked at a lot of photos online and liked the very green, beautiful grounds. So, in order: We arrived at 6:00 AM and arrived at the hotel by 8:30 AM. Maxim, as he introduced himself, met us at reception and gave us forms. We quickly filled them out. He offered us the opportunity to leave our suitcases and bags in the storage room and go to breakfast. After breakfast, we returned to reception and, to avoid waiting until 2:00 PM (the official check-in time according to the hotel regulations), paid 20 euros for early check-in. A wonderful woman named Kuralai found us room 206. Her Russian is perfectly fine. And Kuralai is absolutely wonderful. We then turned to her for any questions. Generally, if you treat people politely, with a kind heart and a smile, you'll get the same in return. We really liked the room! It had a large double bed, a good closet that also housed a safe (2 euros per day), a nice nightstand with a mirror and a built-in minibar stocked with four bottles of sparkling mineral water and four bottles of iced peach tea. There was also a large bottle of still water on the nightstand. Everything was replenished regularly. We were very impressed with the balcony! Spacious and beautiful, with railings entwined with flowering vines. It overlooked the beautiful palm trees in the courtyard, where there are also tables for those who prefer to dine outdoors. There was a clothes dryer, two chairs, and a table with an ashtray. Comfortable mattresses on the carpet, not dented, with a pleasant firmness. Clean, snow-white linens. Over the course of seven days, they changed the towels once or twice, but ours was already clean. They also changed the towels almost daily. The only thing was, the floor felt sandy from the start. I was thinking about asking for a broom and sweeping it myself, hinting that it wouldn't hurt to mop it. Then, as we were leaving the room, we bumped into the cleaning lady. I simply gave her some candy I'd brought with me and thanked her for the cleanliness! When we returned to the room, the floor was clean. No words or requests were needed. And it stayed that way for the rest of our stay! I won't lie, while I was sitting in the lobby, I heard a couple of complaints from guests. Some complained about very noisy neighbors, others didn't like the cups in the bathroom. The hotel was mostly German, Polish, and a few Russians. The foreigners were having a great time, it was a pleasure to watch them. And the Russians (not all of them, of course) were always looking for something to pick on, then squabbling among themselves. Thanks to the bartenders! They were great, attentive guys. Respect and gratitude to Alid and Ramazan!) There was always chicken, often turkey, amazingly tender stewed beef, lamb, fish, sausages, fried eggs, pancakes, rice, pasta, spaghetti, French fries, always nuggets, a variety of vegetables, sauces, salads, jams, preserves, and cereals. We never went hungry! The beach bar didn't have as much variety as the restaurant, but there were always fries, cucumbers, tomatoes, burgers, and nuggets. Coffee machines were everywhere. You could choose whatever your heart desires. A very nice woman baked gozleme flatbreads on the beach. Delicious! The sea is clear, but a bit rough. The pools are pristine, but the water is very invigorating!) We visited the hammam and dry sauna three times (free). We really enjoyed it. The most charming girl, Camilla, worked at the hammam reception! She speaks good Russian. She creates a warm, welcoming atmosphere there. Alex, a magical massage therapist, also works there. He has golden hands! Thanks to the hammam owner for the wonderful atmosphere, hospitality, and attention!!! There was almost no entertainment, of course. This hotel is more geared toward a relaxing holiday. In the evenings, there's a mini-disco and occasional short concerts with visiting artists. If you're with children or want a noisy, fun holiday with discos and karaoke, this isn't the place for you. Oh, and perhaps important for some, the hotel, although three stories high, has an elevator in each wing. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation and thoroughly enjoyed it. Thanks to all the hotel staff for a wonderful, unforgettable stay! We miss you.
