I had an issue with my room & reported to Eszter Laczi( Manager on Duty) in the morning. This lady is such an amazing manager who will always go the extra mile to make guests comfortable & happy. She made sure we were comfortable & happy all through our stay. What an amazing lady. Kudos to her & a round of applause for doing such an amazing job in her role. I’d also like to recommend Vilmos Kubicsek(Vibe & Wellness Manager) who was also exceptional brilliant in his job role & also went the extra mile to explain some minor issues at hand and resolved smoothly. The leads in this hotel are exceptional and I must say that , I’ll definitely, be coming back here. This is a ‘Must Stay’ hotel and I’ll recommend everyone to try it. From all staff to the top are brilliant. The location is superb. The are is quiet and nice. Surrounding is amazing & excellent. Very peaceful. All the facilities in one. Gym Sauna Spa Swimming pool Jacuzzi. What more can you ask for? Thanks a millions to both managers. Much appreciated!

Mediocre experience. Dated facility. Central heating in common areas and even in rooms didn't work properly. Outside, it reached -7 degrees Celsius, making it impossible to rest because of the cold... electrical system needs to be overhauled. On the first day, our room had a water leak from the ceiling, fortunately replaced with another room, but without any kind of upgrade and with a note warning us of the difficulty in fixing the leak. On the second day, we had to take cold showers, with about 120 people all in the same condition because the boilers didn't work, even with an outside temperature of -5 degrees Celsius... In the room, out of three days with a room change, only one towel change, and on the second day, they didn't make our bed, even though we returned at 3:30 PM. The guy in charge of this job hadn't yet managed to finish the floor, which he will never do... despite our request. Dated spa, 10-person sauna... 3 pools with different temperatures, max 30 degrees Celsius (untrue), the smallest of which was dirty. The gym was dirty with dirty equipment, dirty rooms, weights piled up randomly, and an unpleasant smell of sweat mixed with mothballs. A sore point regarding the massage: I booked a couples massage, but the receptionist, who is definitely a rare and unfriendly local, told me when I asked for advance payment (which was denied on the day of the booking and the day of the massage) that I would have to pay beforehand (which makes no sense, considering I was supposed to pay the day before). However, since I didn't have a credit card, I requested the option to charge the room, but that wasn't possible, so I had to go back to my room to get my credit card and finally paid. My partner had a Thai massage and I had a stone massage (the masseuse was well trained), but the massage table was not suitable for massage (there is no traditional hole for the face), you will be lying on towels, cramped rooms with little atmosphere, and no background music (price €41,000 per person). Another sore point is the spa bar, which does not accept American Express, which was accepted by the spa reception POS machine, exactly 1 meter away. The receptionist treated me with a condescending attitude for a pending €5 bill (coffee + water) because I asked to wait for my partner, who, having her phone with her, could settle the bill, since even in this case it is not possible to charge it to the room or use another POS... I would have also gone back to the room to get another card, but I had paid for the massage an hour earlier, after 5 minutes. The hotel bar service was slow and of poor quality. Breakfast was large but average quality, nothing special. Ultimately, one of the worst 4-star experiences, which is absolutely not true, it will be at most a 2-star anywhere else in the world. I won't go back, I don't recommend it. It's far from the center, there's a metro station, but I don't like it. Run away!

A run-down hotel. The rooms are old, the taps leak, and they aren't properly cleaned. The bathroom is also outdated and very cold. When the heating failed one day, they offered no assistance despite our request. Breakfast is extremely noisy and the room is too small. The coffee machines beep every time a cup of coffee is brewed. Absolutely overpriced for what it is – not recommended.
