Disaster. The bathroom was dirty, with toothpaste residue on the sink, hair and crumbs in the sink and bathtub, and soap residue in the bathtub, which is absolutely unacceptable. We immediately asked for the bathroom to be cleaned again, and two cleaners came to the room and finished "cleaning the bathroom" in less than two minutes, and the HAIR was still in the bathtub, so they didn't clean anything. Obviously, the general level and concept of cleanliness in this hotel is non-existent. There were also a few long hairs on the clean towels. So the cleanliness of this hotel is not at any acceptable level. When you turn on the water in the toilet, everything starts shaking, as if everything is going to break. The floor was also dirty, with crumbs, so it wasn't even vacuumed. The room is old, the air conditioning has probably never been cleaned, and it must be used for heating because it was quite cold in the room, and the radiator makes strange noises during the night, as if water is going to start spraying out of it at any moment. There was no noise from the street (room on the 8th floor), but it felt like the front door to the room didn't exist because you could hear the noise of slamming doors, shouting, the elevator and everything else from the hallway and even from other floors. The hotel has two elevators that are too old and their complete serviceability is questionable, they are very slow and absolutely insufficient for such a large hotel with 8 floors and a lot of guests. We walked down from the 8th floor a few times because the elevator didn't arrive, and when we were supposed to take the elevator down with our large suitcases, at that moment a lot of people were obviously using the elevator because we waited for the elevator for 30 minutes, which didn't arrive even after that long, so we were forced to walk down from the 8th floor with our very heavy suitcases. Absolutely unacceptable. The wait for breakfast was very long and you can't take as much food as you want yourself, the staff puts it on your plate and looks at you strangely when you ask for more food. Because you can't take anything yourself, everything is very slow and you have to wait a very long time. Also not enough space to eat breakfast as two tour groups were eating at the same time. A disastrous experience that we will not repeat.
