The owner hired someone as a receptionist who doesn't know how to talk to customers. You call the hotel owner ten times and you can barely reach them; someone who barely answers the phone lives in another city. This is the first and last time we've made such a mistake choosing this place; I won't do business with them again. For example, what's with cleaning the room every three days? They insisted on cleaning every three days; I even had to ask for a towel change. For this price, this is truly unacceptable. The area they call a parking lot is dusty and dirty; cars get ruined. The hotel is in a remote location; you can't move around without a car. You're practically on top of the other people in other rooms, the balconies are practically touching. The pool is tiny; only one person can fit in it. In short, I will never choose such a hotel again. It's called a hotel, but I think it should be called a guesthouse. It's not just about making the room spotless; first, learn how to communicate with customers. They've hired an incredibly amateur, rude, and strange man as an employee who doesn't understand communication at all; he doesn't even know how to talk to customers. I was completely dissatisfied from the first check-in to the last. I asked him to turn down the TV in the common area, and he said he was watching the news. He didn't say "Okay, I'll turn it down, sorry," he started an argument. Is that your house? Instead of considering the comfort of the customers who bring money to the hotel, he's a strange type who's only after his own comfort and routine. Seeing such impolite behavior is frustrating. The hotel isn't cheap at all; if you're looking for some quality, this should definitely not be your choice.

It's conveniently located near the center of Gündoğan. The hotel itself is lovely, and the rooms have everything you need. We highly recommend it.
