I stayed at the Victor Volare hotel the first year and the Victore Be Mine hotel the second year. The first year was acceptable in terms of price, service, and quality, but the problems continued from the moment we checked in until we left. 1- The gentleman with glasses at the Victor Volare hotel made us wait for two hours right in front of us, trying to sell our pool room, which we had booked months in advance, to other tourists. I almost turned back from my trip from Izmir, but thanks to Ms. Zübeyde, who made our reservation, we managed to get our room. 2- The customer base is incredibly low; ridiculous people keep coming. There's no consistent pricing policy. I booked a hotel for 80,000 TL, while someone next to me could book the same room for 40,000 TL. I still don't understand how that's possible. 3- The animation and entertainment team is DISASTER. The entertainment at the hotel we went to during the holiday was karaoke nights among drunk spectators; I won't even mention the daytime entertainment, as there's nothing else to say. 4- If you want to be humiliated for your money, you can go and try it. Don't be fooled by the price or the appearance; it's definitely not worth the service you receive.

This hotel truly delivers everything you'd expect from a vacation. We wanted to try it based on recommendations, but I didn't expect to be so satisfied. The staff, especially the animation team, go out of their way to fulfill your every request. Despite being very particular about hygiene, I didn't encounter any issues with the room or the food. It's a hotel you'd want to visit 2-3 times a year just for the delicious food alone. They were also very helpful during the reservation process, patiently explaining and trying to resolve any questions you had. Last year we missed the concerts, but seeing them, we went back for three days – it was like a special Harbiye Open Air concert, very enjoyable.
