The owners' rudeness; there wasn't a smile on their faces, they were incapable of saying "Welcome, I hope your trip went well" or "If you need anything, we're here," "We hope you enjoy it"—whatever... The wife walks past the guest, looks him up and down with a disgusted expression. The owner, named Óscar, from the first contact, which was a few days before, when I asked by phone if I could change my room, even for an additional fee, immediately started making problems. He said I was picky, that changing a room was "A WHIM," and that I didn't have to do it. He could have simply said no, but no, he had to be offensive, and I said it was no problem if it didn't work out, I'd take someone else, when he suddenly changed his mind and insisted on emphasizing at least two more times, "You think it's like that!!!! It's not!!! I'm not obligated to change rooms!!!" He's a confrontational person, and to be honest, I only didn't cancel because I was going for work and needed to fulfill my obligations. When I arrived at the house, the moment I was taking my suitcase out of the taxi, not even 5 seconds passed, and the owner grabbed my suitcase as if it were his and said to me, "ARE YOU GOING TO LEAVE THAT THERE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD?!?!?!" A complete lack of manners and consideration. Both seemed to be doing a favor; at check-in they didn't give you space to settle in, bombarding you with questions like "What time do you want breakfast tomorrow?", "Do you want juice?", "Are you going out for dinner tonight?", "What time are you leaving and what time are you coming back?", all with a stern face – WHEN it's NOT the ideal time to ask, considering I hadn't even put my bags down in the room yet, let alone seen the house… Then they say we can use certain parts of the house, but when the guest goes there, they follow and watch 😣 When confronted with the behavior, the owner even managed to say to me, "Oh, you could have said a few words," very annoyed! As if I had to ask permission to enter a space where he himself said I had access!!!!! Both, but especially Oscar, made me extremely uncomfortable. I felt like an unwanted guest. As dinnertime approached, I went to inform Mr. Óscar of when I would be leaving so he could give me the house key. (I believed him) Furiously, he loudly replied that he didn't have to give me the key, but completely out of control, he told me that he doesn't give his house key to ANYONE, and his wife joined the conversation to reinforce his statement. I explained that I never intended to demand anything, but I genuinely thought that a key would be given to the person to enter whenever they wanted, and to explain this… In several accommodations I've stayed in, I've never seen anything like it. The two of them turned their backs on me and started yelling WHILE I WAS THERE, “My God, she's crazy,” “We've never had anyone like this person,” “She's problematic.” I should have left IMMEDIATELY. But it was already night, I didn't have a car, and taxis are impossible to find in that area. I took a deep breath. I went back and explained at least three more times that my intention was never to demand anything and that anything would do as long as they opened the door for me, but they wanted to know exactly WHAT TIME I WAS LEAVING AND WHAT TIME I WOULD BE BACK! These owners don't have a single clue in their bodies, not a single one. I said I didn't know what time I would be back and Oscar said, "Oh, but if you're going to have dinner and then you'll probably take a walk, YOU MUST BE COMING HOME, I SAY... you won't show up here at 5 in the morning," with giggles. I think I don't need to say anything. People who are stuck in the last century, who must think that because I'm young I have to put up with this disrespect, were invasive, INCONVENIENT IS THE RIGHT WORD. I lost my appetite, went back to my room, and spent a total of about 15 hours without eating just to avoid any more interaction with these people.

A very positive experience, good breakfast with excellent scrambled eggs and variety. The pool is great for relaxing, surrounded by nature. The service was very pleasant, with very friendly and hospitable people.
