New Year's Eve Dinner 2025/2026 Price €120 per person Only positive point: Fireworks Everything else was awful Dinner served on paper tablecloths, rooms without any decoration, Cold food Staff - one of the employees serving the meals was wearing a maintenance worker's uniform - twill trousers with pockets on the legs and fleece (I've never even seen that in a tavern!) another employee serving in jeans and sneakers, her shirt had glitter as if she were a customer Very disorganized service, and cold soup and dishes. Dessert buffet in a separate room, cold, empty, without decoration. Sparkling wine served by the glass in the dessert buffet room. When we finally got our drinks it was already past midnight. The entertainment was poor, with a terrible DJ who, before 1 am, played music for more than half a dozen children who were screaming and jumping around the room, encouraged by the DJ - awful atmosphere. We paid €120 per person for dinner, something of at least a minimum quality would be expected. My father forgot his cell phone on the table. I went to get it the next day, at lunchtime, and the receptionist appeared with her mouth full, still chewing... The worst I've ever experienced in a hotel, far too bad for a 4-star hotel, any 2-star accommodation would have better service... We only stayed because at that hour we couldn't find another place to have dinner. The worst experience ever!

We celebrated New Year's Eve here. The food was subpar. Cold and not tasty. It was a nice atmosphere, though.
