Overall the villa layout, the look and feel of it is brilliant. Its EXACTLY like the pics. The beds are comfortable. I think the staff were also very nice. Location is so so, it's a good 20mins walk to Finns. You will not run out of massage options. Plenty of marts around. Eden, Baked, Nude and Ulekan are all within 5 to 10 mins walk. You are surrounded by other villas with zero sound proof so if you happen to have some Aussie party starter next door, be ready to hear random pool sessions at 2AM when these hooligans come back from the bars. Upon closer look, some aspect needs serious fix. 1. Water pressure is bad in the bathrooms. The shower is just lackluster. Drainage is slow and it's an outdoor shower. I do not mind the outdoor part but be ready for creepy crawlies. 2. We were here during the great blackout. That's fine - the villa is at no fault. But for the days we were here, the wifi was very spotty. It comes on and off at all hours of the day. I think this needs fixing. 3. The kitchen is very rundown. It's 2025 ,do away with your grime covered wooden exterior pls. 4. Your staff should not start running around cleaning the villa at 7AM while we are asleep. The sound proofing of the villa is not great so yes, I can hear them on the wooden floor marching around. It was not pleasant. Despite all these issue, it would be an extremely good stay for 6 to 8 pax.
