Breakfast was buffet with nice selections including a delicious tart. The staff made a point to ask us personally if we needed anything. Our room was spacious and light-filled with large windows overlooking the hills of Tuscany. The views …

The staff was unable to resolve a problem (no heating at night, in winter) that our guests encountered. Furthermore, they withheld breakfast at the last minute, despite the telephone arrangements made a month in advance (when booking) and the day before (when we called to confirm). We are extremely disappointed, especially by their lack of communication, the complete lack of apologies for the inconvenience, and the rude and arrogant manner with which they approached us instead of assuming their hospitality responsibilities. We will not return and will strongly advise against this establishment, which has proven incompetent in managing a normal reservation and providing basic customer services. They have demonstrated complete disinterest and inability to perform their duties.
