Hotel Villa di Sorrento: Central and Clean, but Ready for a Refresh I stayed at Hotel Villa di Sorrento while attending a conference in town. The hotel is very centrally located, which made getting around easy. My room was clean, and the overall stay was perfectly serviceable for a short business trip. Breakfast was okay—nothing special, but adequate to start the day. That said, the property feels a bit worn; a renovation wouldn’t hurt. If I’d been choosing for a personal holiday, I probably wouldn’t have booked this hotel, but for the purpose of a conference it worked fine. Bottom line: A practical choice thanks to its location and cleanliness, but travelers seeking charm or updated interiors may want to look elsewhere.
