We stayed about a week. When we got there, they made us wait because the owner wasn't home. She arrived, and instead of letting us check into the room, she was busy collecting money for excursions, which I recommend not taking with her because they're more expensive. Many people were told that there was an extra charge for the air conditioning, which wasn't specified, even though she had a device that would turn it off when you left the room. She said the towels, which were often stained, were changed every day, then every four days, as was the sheets. The location was beachfront, but the beach, like the sea, was terrible in my opinion. The room was spacious.

Beachfront property in a quiet area of Laganas! We were welcomed by Zoe, an excellent host who gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants and beaches. The rooms are simple and clean!

The Aircon is charged extra! It doesn't say on booking.com how much. You only find out when you arrive. And if you refuse, your room will be unbearable hot! The only solution is to sleep with the door opened the whole night. I tried complaining, in my second day I've already got health issues from this situation. Initially, I was told I was rude, then that the owner will come tomorrow morning. They clearly don't care about the guests and are only here to rip you off. Tomorrow I'll contact the credit card company to do a chargeback and end my holiday much earlier than planned.
