Villa Garbi

This hotels is the worst hotel I've ever been. Thiefs stole my debit card. Worst staff. They also robbed my friends. Cleaning ladies are involved in this also. We went through very stressful time here. I went on a trip with school hoping that I will enjoy time with my friends. But instead we got sleepless nights, sadness, anger. Don't go to this hotel if you want to stay healthy in mind.

My experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. The only positive things I'd highlight are the friendliness of the reception staff and the buffet, although in my opinion it closes too early. Otherwise, the hotel leaves a lot to be desired. Upon arrival, I found that, despite the phone number they assured me there was no problem with parking, they didn't offer any real parking facilities. As soon as I stepped into the elevator, the poor general condition of the building became apparent, and it was in desperate need of renovation. The room was uncomfortable: uncomfortably large beds, pillows that caused neck pain, a bathroom with a very worn-out bathtub and a curtain in poor condition. We also found insects, and the only solution they gave us was a spray to eliminate them. The worst thing, without a doubt, is the nonexistent soundproofing. Rest is practically impossible: you can hear absolutely everything, both noises from the hallway and those from the street, as if there were no walls or windows separating the room from the outside. The complete lack of soundproofing makes the stay a tiring and frustrating experience, as even at night there's no peace and quiet. Added to this is the light that enters through the cracks in the bathroom door and window, and a poorly placed mirror that can even be frightening at night. They only provide one key per room, which complicates the stay if you're staying with several people. The air conditioning is fixed and doesn't allow you to adjust the temperature, and it stops as soon as you open the terrace door. The television is also blocked, with no way to search for or configure channels. In short, it's a very neglected, uncomfortable, noisy hotel with nonexistent soundproofing. If you're looking to rest and enjoy your stay, I recommend spending a little more and going somewhere else.
