Pay attention to the young man just outside the hotel and turning right. He's in a friendly mood, badmouthing everyone else for asking for money, and he does the same thing himself. He's simply not inside the pyramid complex. He branded the word "welcome" onto a poor camel with a hot iron. Otherwise, the hotel isn't too bad considering its location. The views are good, and even though the rooms are a bit old and the service isn't great, it's passable. As for the outside, everything outside the pyramid complex is pretty disgusting. And it's not safe. But if you come, you'll find out for yourself. 😬 By the way, they have four or five parrots in a cage that are, oh my god, terrifying.

The experience was awful. We had booked a tour, and when we arrived at the hotel, they had forgotten about it and kept us waiting for over an hour, until we got fed up and hired a taxi. We couldn't check in before 2:00 PM, which was understandable, but when we got to the room, they were doing renovations from 2:00 PM until 6:00 PM, hammering away every minute and making it impossible to rest. The last straw was when we booked a taxi for the next day to go to the airport, which cost us 20 euros. When we woke up, no one had ordered the taxi, leaving us waiting for more than 30 minutes, which almost made us miss our flight. In short, for the price of the room and the service we received, there are many hotels in Giza with better services that don't try to take advantage of their customers. One of the worst experiences I've ever had; I don't recommend it at all. TRANSLATION The experience was terrible.
