The rooms were dirty, even the towels and sheets! The furniture was old for a 4-star hotel. The food was very average to bad and the portions were very small, you just couldn't get enough. When we asked for a second course, they would forcefully give it to us!! As for the staff, they were not helpful at all and at some point very rude!! It doesn't even deserve to be 4-star!

I'll repost one comment of my classmates as they're commenting is on point: If I could review this place with -4 stars I would definitely do it. There is not much to say about this "hotel" but I will highlight one by one the worst of the problems we faced. 1st things 1st the food was cold, the portions were smaller than my chihuahuas meals and the service almost wished us death, 2nd the rooms were dirty as heck and we even found out that the staff was re using towels from other rooms to replace the dirty ones with "clean" ones and we even found blood on some of them, the sheets had to be washed since world War 2 and they were so dirty I could definitely start a nuclear war myself, the staff tried ti charge us the already damaged walls and the closet was smelling than my grandma's toilet so our clothes were also smelly like poo, I could say even more about this place but a lot of people would lose their job, I never felt welcomed here, neither my crew OF 32 OTHER PEOPLE WHO CAME FOR AN ERASMUS+ PROGRAM. Anyway I don't recommend this place at all if you want to live !!!!
