I made a mistake with my booking and within 10 mins . I tried to rectify my mistake and the hotel wouldn’t even hear my complain they just rejected me and charged me for the full 3 day stay and I didn’t even stay there . Than they have the cheek to send me a feedback form about my stay . Horrible customer service . I hope God shuts their doors for Good .

This is a decent hotel nears to Changi airport and offer free shuttle bus to pick up and collect. I was stranded in Singapore and gotten stayed here for 3 nights and it was not bad. The room is big, comfy bed but has a smell, I think it could be from the drain or maybe just from the “old”. The hotel has all necessary facilities like a gym, a pool with a very nice view of the beach. There are many good restaurants and hawkers nearby within a walking distance, plus a golf course and beach walk which is so peaceful to enjoy Singapore from a different aspect. It’s quite far from the city center, and takes around an hour to get there but plenty of buses around. I was happy and pleased during my stay, would recommend it if you are transiting in Singapore and need a peaceful stay.
