We are day four into a seven day holiday here and I must say we are having an amazing time! The staff here are wonderful, very friendly, and so attentive to kids. A special mention to Aishwini and Badrina, in particular they are incredible and have gone above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The restaurant here has everything and as soon as you sit down, staff give the kids pencils and paper. On our first day staff made balloon animals for the kids, which are actually still going strong. On day two staff gave the kids these awesome pool toys to use which literally made their day. If you like a bit of space I highly recommend the deluxe family room as it’s big enough for the kids to play in comfortably. We’re on level seven overlooking the bay and every night we can see a light show and fireworks display from our room! Last night we even saw it from the pool and it was spectacular. The pools are an absolute highlight you will not be disappointed! There are heaps of transport options too, the hotel organised transfers for us which were very comfortable, and they have a monorail station right across the road as well as the cable car which is also walking distance. They have a shuttle bus too. There’s SO much to do here on Sentosa Island were running out of time to do everything! Definitely a party island for kids! Families will LOVE it here.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a 3-minute walk from the light rail station, making it convenient for visiting Universal Studios and the beach. The front desk service was exceptionally attentive; Alicia, who speaks Chinese, proactively arranged convenient rooms for families with elderly members and children and even presented a birthday surprise. The jungle infinity pool is a highlight; children were engrossed in the elephant slide, while the elderly could enjoy sunbathing. Although the rooms are not large, they are fully equipped, with water dispensers and ice on each floor being thoughtful touches. The breakfast selection is extensive, primarily Western, with Chinese pastries changing daily, but it would be helpful to add options like xiaolongbao (soup dumplings). Check-in was slightly slow during peak season, but this minor flaw doesn't detract from the overall experience; it offers excellent value for money and is ideal for families.

I was a bit surprised to receive a KakaoTalk message from the hotel before check-in, but it turned out they were just checking our expected arrival time and giving helpful tips based on the current weather. Even though we arrived at dawn, I felt completely at ease checking in because the Korean staff had reached out beforehand, knowing someone was available to help made a big difference. Thanks to the hotel, our week long trip was extremely comfortable. They gave great recommendations for Sentosa and Singapore city, and helped us along the way. Local tips like these were priceless, especially since I hadn’t planned everything perfectly. During breakfast, Bella came by personally to check if the food was okay and whether there had been any issues in the room the previous day. Her attention to detail was truly impressive. The room was a bit small, but the service more than made up for it, truly 5-star quality. This has been the most memorable hotel stay I’ve ever had. Special thanks to Bella (Haelim), and I’ll be sure to recommend this hotel to my friends!
