Avoid at all costs!!! We spent 10 days in this hotel from January 1st to 10th. The hotel was very dirty, both the room and the common areas. There was no heating, and we ate with our coats on and ate exactly the same dishes for 10 days.

We stayed at this hotel in July 2025. When we first arrived, I spoke with a very nice gentleman at the front desk, and he said the room was for 30 minutes max. After about 10 minutes, he approached me and asked if we wanted a sea view room. Of course, it wasn't free. I declined, but I understand that's his role, unfortunately. When we went to our room, we didn't get a garden view or a sea view. What do you mean, "Gentlemen, as my girlfriend and I called it, 'trash view,' it was simply a nightmare. It was so bad you couldn't stand to open the window or go out onto the balcony for even 5 minutes. Furthermore, the air conditioning in the room wasn't working well. The food wasn't terrible, but it wasn't amazing either. The dishes were always the same, but a big plus for the occasional barbecue. The pools were great, one of which was heated, the other wasn't, but it was less crowded. The waterslides were great, and the beach was also quite nice. The bars were great. The gentlemen didn't skimp on the Poles, so that's a plus for us. As for the local shop, the guy is funny and speaks Polish, and his prices aren't bad either if you talk to him well. Every evening there was a mini party and a show for the kids. Overall, the hotel was nice, but next time I'd look for something nicer and closer to civilization.

Honestly, I don't recommend this hotel. It needs a complete overhaul, but the worst part is the food 😡😡. No real fresh fruit juice, a week of nothing but reheated leftovers, the cleaning was rushed, and the staff was practically nonexistent 😡. The bathtub had been repainted, there was a crack in the walls, the silicone sealant was deteriorating, and the fire door was held together with string. Frankly, they need to redo everything and change management. I don't know where they earned their four stars. 😡😡 One thing is for sure: I won't be going back.
