We haven't even left the hotel yet and I already feel the need to write a review. The hotel is spectacularly beautiful and romantic. The sea views are incredible and super relaxing. But without a doubt, the best thing about this hotel is the staff who bring it to life. The employees are incredibly friendly and helpful; they are all truly wonderful. I would definitely stay at this hotel again because of their exceptional people; they are all amazing. A 1000 out of 10 for them all!!!

Our family stay at Vincci Selección Aleysa in Benalmádena was exactly the kind of holiday where you leave not just satisfied, but with a warm feeling, as if you had visited good friends. About the hotel and the atmosphere: every morning began with sunrises that were impossible to take your eyes off: the sea awakens, the light gently falls on the water, and you realise — this is it, true tranquillity. At moments like these, you especially appreciate that the hotel is not just beautiful, it is smart, quiet and attentive to its guests. Everything here is designed to make your holiday easy: no fuss, no unnecessary effort, as if someone had taken care of you in advance. Breakfast and dinner are a special treat The breakfasts are wonderful: fresh, varied, with that feeling of "I want to try everything, but I'm already happy." And dinners are simply delightful: the taste, presentation, and pace of service are all at a level where you realise that this is not just "eating at a hotel," but a real evening ritual of pleasure. Service, "honed" to perfection The service here is truly honed to perfection: attentive without being intrusive, quick without being rushed, a sincere desire to help without formalities. At Vincci Aleysa, you don't feel like a "number in the system," but a guest who is eagerly awaited. Cosy SPA The spa is very cosy, calm and warm. It is the perfect place to truly unwind: relax, recharge your batteries and return to your room a different person, calmer and happier. The most important thing -the people! But all this would just be "very good" if it weren't for the people who make this hotel special. We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to the staff for their kindness, hospitality and rare human warmth, which is not "standard" but comes from the heart. We would especially like to mention the employees who made our holiday truly special: Pepi, Lucia, Sofia, Nacho, Borja and Alfonso. Thank you for your smiles, care, attention to detail, for making our family feel like a welcome guest and us feel calm and confident that everything would be perfect. You don't just provide a service, you create a mood 🥰 We left with a feeling of immense gratitude and one thought: we will definitely be back this year, or ASAP.
