Just look at the location. Someone said they were bitten by bedbugs a few months ago. Four people stayed. The kitchen was unusable (dirty and old). Two people slept on single beds, and two on the sofa bed. The hallway was so disgusting that I had to hold my nose. Was it pesticide? It was so gross. The hotel was very old. It wasn't maintained well, and I was skeptical about the breakfast. It's better to assume the Wi-Fi wasn't working.

Perfect location for visiting Lisbon, metro right outside (20 minutes from the airport). Spacious room, although the furniture is a bit dated. The breakfast was very good. Great view from the rooftop bar/terrace.
