Here is the revised version with “third-party” substituted cleanly and professionally: ⸻ My boyfriend and I decided to do a little staycation, which isn’t always easy since I work in hospitality and time off can be hard to come by. On a bit of a spur-of-the-moment decision, we booked a trip to Niagara Falls and chose to stay at our longtime favourite, Victoria Hotel and Suites. We booked through a third-party platform and had no issues at all with the reservation process. Check-in was seamless thanks to William at the front desk, who was incredibly friendly, warm, and welcoming. He made sure all of our accommodations were properly accounted for and took the time to explain everything clearly, which was much appreciated. Overall, this hotel is a fantastic stay. It’s clean, well organized, and the rooms are beautiful—especially now that the renovations have been completed. The property offers great amenities, including a pool, and everything feels refreshed and well maintained. I haven’t had the chance to try the restaurant since it recently opened, but it’s definitely on our list for a future visit. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Niagara Falls.

We reserved on the spot because we had friends in the same hotel. The bathroom is nice and new. We had a two queen bed room perfect for us and the kids. The location was the best feature we loved. We parked our car and walked to the falls (5 minutes). Everything was within walking distance. The place was clean and spacious.
