In short, it's terrible. The rooms are tiny; you can't open two suitcases at once. Plus, the soundproofing is awful; you can hear conversations in the next room and any movement in the hallways. The smell of food is so strong it wakes you up. And the worst part? You won't be alone in the room—you'll be sharing it with cockroaches! The buffet area is tiny and can't accommodate all the hotel guests, and it smells awful. When you ask to change rooms for any reason, they demand you leave a positive review on Google Maps, as if they're obligated to do so.

I made a reservation through Booking.com for the Old City Viva Istanbul hotel (from November 23rd to 27th). My account was debited 2,066.00 MAD, but I haven't received any confirmation or booking number. This is awful!
