Resort in a great location. We had a problem with the shower water; it wouldn't work most of the time! We reported it several times, but no one came to check. They kept telling us the matter was open and someone would arrive shortly, but then 4 days passed. Two days before departure, they changed our room. Always makes us make reservations for restaurants, often with errors and questionable food quality. Poor room cleaning, while the resort itself is nice. Not in line with the cost.
